Bios

Adam Scott Mazer (playwright / fight choreographer) is a writer, actor, director, and fight choreographer. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Brown University.  He moved to Brooklyn shortly after graduating with a degree in Theater Arts, and has since trained at the Rabid Vamps Fight Studio and has appeared in or worked on productions for several companies including EST, Vampire Cowboys, Target Margin, Roundtable Ensemble, MT Works, The New York International Fringe Festival, and Columbia's MFA program.



Dan Rogers (director) is a Brooklyn-based director, producer, actor, and tech director. He’s from the Boston area and holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Brown University. Director: Death Valley (Vampire Cowboys); If the Fates Allow (Jimmy’s No. 43); The Sound (13th St. Rep); Clap on, Clap Off (Riant Theatre). Patrick Harrison (WILBUR) is a Brooklyn-based theater artist, critic, and frequent collaborator with the Death Valley set. He wrote, directed, and played the lead in Butterfly Butterfly Kill Kill Kill!, an original adaptation of Seijun Suzuki's Branded to Kill, at the 2010 New York International Fringe Festival and the Brick Theater Fight Festival.

Will Cespedes (LAWRENCE) is currently a Columbia University M.F.A. acting student. He is originally from Miami, FL and attended the University of Michigan for his undergrad.  He is thrilled to be part of new work and to be able to a part of the Vampire Cowboys Saloon tradition. He would like to thank all those who came to watch the show or enjoys them online.

Alexandra Panzer is so excited to be working with the DEATH VALLEY crew. When not fending off zombies, Alexandra is an actor and designer with the New York based experimental theater group, Piehole. Most recently her design work was seen in Piehole'sTwo Stories That End in Suicide, and will be featured in Piehole's upcoming production of Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream. Alexandra is currently in rehearsal for an AIS Players' production of Bert V. Royal's Dog Sees God. She will also be the production designer for Adam Mason's upcoming film, Junkie. Alexandra graduated from Brown University with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Studies.

Alice Winslow (GENEVIEVE) is thrilled to be part of DEATH VALLEY. Alice was recently seen as Cunegonde in Candide or Optimism at Gallery Players and as Kristi in Froth at the American Theatre of Actors. As a founding member of Piehole, an experimental theater group, Alice has developed and performed in several shows, including Love & Geography (HERE Arts Center, Philly Fringe) and Tenticle: A Canticle (The Wild Project). She is currently in rehearsal for Piehole's latest, 2 Stories that End in Suicide. Alice graduated from Brown University, where she was awarded Honors in Playwriting for work with thesis advisor Paula Vogel. Thanks everyone!

Andrew Krug (SICK MAN) is a Brooklyn-based actor hailing from the wetlands of the Pacific Northwest. Allison LaPlatney (CHASTITY) lives in Brooklyn where she is a founding member of Piehole, a New York based theatre group and social experiment. She graduated from Brown University in 2007 with a degree in History, and as a result is thrilled to be a part of the historical drama of Death Valley.

Jon Hoche (KAYTENNAE) is currently in rehearsals for Bethlehem or Bust, a swash buckling Christmas show brought to you by PipierMckenzie as part of FIGHT FEST at the Brick Theatre.  He’s also just finished the workshop of The Inexplicable Redemption of Agent G with Vampire Cowboys Theatre Company, and will be appearing in the actual production later this year.  Other notable credits include: 13:Instant Vaudeville (2G), Titus Andronicus (The American Globe Theatre), Soul Samurai (Ma-Yi Theater/Vampire Cowboy Theater Co.), Pullman Cart Haiwatha (Target Margin Theater),The Brokenhearteds (I Mean Productions), the NYIT Award-winning Fight Girl Battle World (Vampire Cowboys Theater Co.)  and The Encounter (Diverse City Theatre).  Look for a full production of Jon’s co-written play SUBTERRANEA later this year.  For more information on Jon go to www.JonHoche.com    

Colin Baker (DOC ORAL CRANDON) is an actor, writer and videographer who lives in Brooklyn.  When he's not in a theatre, you can find his work on the website of an obscure foreign weekly magazine. 

Will Fulton (Sound Designer) is a freelance director, designer, and critic living in Brooklyn.  He has worked in varying capacities with 500 Clown, Target Margin, Court Theatre, Jay Scheib, Nick Rudall, Creative Destruction, MTWorks, M-34, Warner | Shaw, and was a member of the 2009 Lincoln Center Directors Lab.  He also regularly reviews shows for nytheatre.com.  Mostly he's glad to be satisfying his inner 8-year-old by pursuing a career where he makes theater about zombies and robots.
